The Xbox Elite is Here!

Well it’s finally here! After all of the rumors the black Xbox Elite system is here! It was officially announced this morning by Microsoft. The Xbox Elite system will feature a black chassis, 120GB hard drive, HDMI port, black wireless controller, and black Xbox Live headset. Only thing missing from this is the HD-DVD drive instead of the normal DVD drive, but hey we can’t have everything. Read on for more information and hi-res images of the system and accessories!
The Xbox Elite will have an estimated retail price of $479.99. This price will get you the Xbox Elite system, 120GB hard drive, Xbox 360 black wireless controller, Xbox 360 black headset, Xbox 360 HDMI Cable, Xbox live Silver membership, and a 1 month Xbox live Gold membership. Not bad at all, especially since you don’t have to pay extra for the HDMI cable.
For those who do not have the need for the HDMI you can purchase the 120GB hard drive separately for $179.99 and the black controllers will go for the usual $49.99. Microsoft has also announced a black play & charge kit, as well as a black rechargeable battery. The Xbox elite will hit stores April 29th. Enjoy the pictures.
