Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) To Host $1,000,000 Halo 3 Competition

The Cyberathlete Professional League is holding a million dollar Halo 3 competition, in downtown Dallas, Texas from December 18th to December 22nd. The top dog will be announced $250,000, and 64 other people will also receive large cash prizes. Angel Munoz, Founder and President of the CPL said, “We are thrilled to host this enormous $1,000,000 Halo 3 open competition and to announce it on the tenth year anniversary of our first event. X Factor Tournament has deposited $1,000,000 to a designated bank account for prize payment, making it the largest videogame competition ever.” Some details on the event given to us: “The winner of the $1,000,000 “Halo 3” Xbox 360 competition will receive a $250,000 instant cash payout at the CPL Winter event. Other prizes will be paid to at least 64 places.
